We offer of consulting services through Innovation Sprints. A sprint is a focused, condensed effort to tackle your next biggest challenges in Just 8-12 weeks—no long-term retainers, just results. Instead of taking months to complete a task (like you may be used to with other firms) we ‘sprint’ out the work within 8-12 weeks.
We also offer virtual and in-person workshops, as well as custom team training designed to equip your organization with the skills, tools, and strategies to drive meaningful change.
Correct, each sprint is completed as a standalone experience. However, almost all of our clients hire us for multiple sprints throughout the year. For example, the content-related sprints are sometimes completed 2 – 3 times per year to ensure enough content is being created.
We charge a flat fee. Regardless of the size and age of your organization, we believe in our framework’s ability to dramatically increase your effiency and impact.
